Only Store Credit will be issued. No refunds will be issued.
At this time, we will not accept all exchange requests because we cannot guarantee we will have your size. If you want to exchange for another size, you must contact us to confirm if the item to be exchanged for is currently in stock. If in stock, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Returns will be accepted is shipped within three (3) business days as long as they comply with our requirements below:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit.
Merchandise must be returned within three (3) business days of your delivery.
Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed. Items must be free of stains, makeup, smoke and deodorant. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Merchandise must have all original tags, including any hang tags attached. Merchandise must also be in the same plastic packaging as it came in.
Any merchandise marked Sale/Final Sale/Clearance/Promotional/Discount Codes cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
Non-returnable merchandise includes final sale products, accessories, formal gowns, swimwear, undergarments, and bodysuits.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange and return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Tienne Apparel.
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT CODE AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH YOU PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL INBOX AND SPAM FOLDERS FOR YOUR STORE CREDIT CODE BEFORE YOU CONTACT US.
Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will be returned to you at your expense. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a store credit with a 50% fee deducted from the amount of the value of the item(s) returned.
Tienne Apparel diligently and thoroughly inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
Incorrect, missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise.
IN CASE OF DAMAGED ITEMS:
if you received a damaged item, please contact email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Proof and documentation will be required. After 48 hours, all sales will be final and returns will be refused.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
Once your return is received and package inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed within 4-5 business days. You will be notied via email once your store credit has been issued. Approved store credits will not include original shipping costs.
WHEN MAKING A RETURN:
It is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $60. We won’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached. Be sure to include your original order/invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the order/invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address on a piece of paper with your return.
Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Tienne Apparel reserves the right to refuse credit if you return items outside the terms of our Return/Exchange Policy.
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 2-5 business days after processing to receive merchandise. International orders may also take longer. All orders placed Monday -Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST or during the weekend, will begin processing on the following business day.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed/stolen packages, incorrect shipping addresses or delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. In the case of missing or stolen packages, please file a claim with USPS, as we are not responsible for packages after they are obtained by the postal carrier (USPS). The shipping address entered at the time of the purchase is the address the package will be sent to.
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for you tracking information to update. However, to track your order at anytime, you’ll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com.
